📋 BBL Postseason Qualifications & Official Tiebreaker Rules

1. Home-Court Postseason Seeds (1–4): Franchises earning seeds 1 through 4 secure home-court advantage in the opening round of the BBL Playoffs based on overall winning percentage. In the event of identical records, tiebreakers are resolved by: (a) Head-to-head record, (b) Division leader winning percentage, (c) Conference winning percentage, and (d) Net point differential (+/-).

2. Direct Postseason Berths (5–6): The 5th and 6th seeds advance directly to the postseason bracket, completing each conference's 6-team playoff field.

3. Draft Lottery Seeds (7–8): The bottom two teams in each conference (4 franchises total) that do not qualify for the postseason enter the weighted Draft Lottery held each May ahead of the June BBL Draft.
