2026 Draft Big Board: Scouting Gooner Prime and Geno the Tagliatelle Sniper
BBL Office of Scouting releases certified dossiers on the projected top picks for next June’s draft night.
BROOKLYN — Following the official opening of the 2026 BBL Draft Lottery window, league front offices are turning their attention to Barclays Center in late June. At the top of every team’s big board stands 6’11” point forward Gooner Prime, an extraordinary shot-creator combining guard handles with frontcourt length.
Closely trailing Prime is Italian shooting guard Geno the Tagliatelle Sniper out of the Palermo Basketball Academy, whose 51.4% clip from behind the arc has scouts drawing comparisons to prime perimeter marksmen.
“The 2026 class features genuine franchise-altering depth,” BBL Director of Scouting reported. “Whether a team needs an all-around playmaker or elite perimeter shooting, the top five lottery picks are ready to contribute immediately.”
"This is the most polished draft class since the inaugural 2024 intake. The modern positional size and spacing abilities are unprecedented."
