Film Room: How GigaChad’s 32-Point Masterclass Unlocked Portland GigaChads’ 124-118 Victory Over San Jose
Breaking down the half-court spacing, pick-and-roll reads, and fourth-quarter execution from Portland GigaChads’ win over Silicon Valley Disrupters.
PORTLAND — Reviewing the tape from Portland GigaChads’ 124-118 triumph over the Silicon Valley Disrupters reveals a clinic in modern offensive spacing. Operating out of high ball screens, GigaChad recorded 32 points and 6 assists while utilizing his signature "Symmetrical Tomahawk Poster Slam" to punish every defensive coverage San Jose deployed.
Whenever Silicon Valley Disrupters sent a second defender above the three-point line, GigaChad calmly hit Symmetry Sam (23 PTS, 4 REB) in the short roll to create immediate four-on-three advantages. Even with Verity answering for San Jose with 36 points, Portland GigaChads’ shot quality in the final six minutes proved decisive.
Looking ahead to today’s 2029 BBL Summer League slate (2029-07-16), attention shifts to Atlanta Rizzlers visiting Ohio Sigmas at The Sigma Fortress (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN), where Kai Cenat and The Ohio King headline the marquee matchup.
"GigaChad read every tag defender on the floor tonight. Scoring 32 points with 6 assists against Silicon Valley Disrupters is textbook point-of-attack execution."
