Film Room: How Hollywood Rizzler’s 27-Point Masterclass Unlocked Los Angeles Gyatts’ 107-102 Victory Over Atlanta
Breaking down the half-court spacing, pick-and-roll reads, and fourth-quarter execution from Los Angeles Gyatts’ win over Atlanta Rizzlers.
LOS ANGELES — Reviewing the tape from Los Angeles Gyatts’ 107-102 triumph over the Atlanta Rizzlers reveals a clinic in modern offensive spacing. Operating out of high ball screens, Hollywood Rizzler recorded 27 points and 9 assists while utilizing his signature "Showtime Chase-Down Jam" to punish every defensive coverage Atlanta deployed.
Whenever Atlanta Rizzlers sent a second defender above the three-point line, Hollywood Rizzler calmly hit Hollywood Hype (22 PTS, 3 REB) in the short roll to create immediate four-on-three advantages. Even with Kai Cenat answering for Atlanta with 29 points, Los Angeles Gyatts’ shot quality in the final six minutes proved decisive.
Looking ahead to today’s 2029 BBL Summer League slate (2029-07-08), attention shifts to Silicon Valley Disrupters visiting Miami Phantoms at South Beach Void Arena (1:00 PM EST, BBL TV / NBA TV), where Verity and Baby Gronk headline the marquee matchup.
"Hollywood Rizzler read every tag defender on the floor tonight. Scoring 27 points with 9 assists against Atlanta Rizzlers is textbook point-of-attack execution."
