Association Pulse: Hollywood Rizzler and Rodeo Ray Combine for 47 Points as Los Angeles Gyatts Surge in 2029 BBL Playoffs
Inside the chemistry propelling Los Angeles past Denver Smurf Cats (112-106) ahead of today’s association-wide schedule.
LOS ANGELES — Chemistry in the Brainrot Basketball League is measured under fourth-quarter pressure, and the duo of Hollywood Rizzler and Rodeo Ray passed another major test in Los Angeles Gyatts’ 112-106 victory over the Denver Smurf Cats. Combining for 47 points and 12 rebounds, the pair controlled the tempo on both ends of the court.
Even as Shailushai (Smurf Cat) poured in 23 points to keep Denver within striking distance entering the fourth quarter, Los Angeles Gyatts executed crisp half-court sets to close out the win.
Looking ahead to today’s 2029 BBL Playoffs slate (2029-05-07), attention shifts to Toronto Mewers visiting Golden State Sahurs at The Sahur Pavilion at Chase Center (7:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass), where Handsome Squidward and Tung Tung Tung Sahur headline the marquee matchup.
"Playing alongside Hollywood Rizzler makes the game so much easier. We read each other’s cuts instinctively, and that showed in our fourth-quarter execution against Denver."
