Film Room: How Fortnite Jonesy’s 31-Point Masterclass Unlocked Vegas V-Bucks’ 120-118 Victory Over Canton
Breaking down the half-court spacing, pick-and-roll reads, and fourth-quarter execution from Vegas V-Bucks’ win over Ohio Sigmas.
LAS VEGAS — Reviewing the tape from Vegas V-Bucks’ 120-118 triumph over the Ohio Sigmas reveals a clinic in modern offensive spacing. Operating out of high ball screens, Fortnite Jonesy recorded 31 points and 5 assists while utilizing his signature "Tilted Towers 90-Degree Fadeaway" to punish every defensive coverage Canton deployed.
Whenever Ohio Sigmas sent a second defender above the three-point line, Fortnite Jonesy calmly hit Peely the Slasher (24 PTS, 6 REB) in the short roll to create immediate four-on-three advantages. Even with The Ohio King answering for Canton with 30 points, Vegas V-Bucks’ shot quality in the final six minutes proved decisive.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028-29 Regular Season slate (2029-04-07), attention shifts to New York Taxers visiting Boston Grimaces at The Purple Garden (1:00 PM EST, BBL TV / NBA TV), where Fanum and Grimace headline the marquee matchup.
"Fortnite Jonesy read every tag defender on the floor tonight. Scoring 31 points with 5 assists against Ohio Sigmas is textbook point-of-attack execution."
