Today’s 2028-29 Regular Season slate tips off at The Sigma Fortress (7:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass) following Kai Cenat’s 31-point eruption against San Jose.
CANTON — The 2028-29 Regular Season schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Brooklyn Bomboclaats travel to The Sigma Fortress to face the Ohio Sigmas (7:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass). The head-to-head matchup pits Brooklyn star Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper (25.8 PPG, 7.9 APG) against Canton cornerstone The Ohio King (24.1 PPG, 7.8 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Atlanta Rizzlers defeated the Silicon Valley Disrupters 115-114 behind Kai Cenat’s 31 points, 1 rebounds, and 11 assists.
“Playing at The Sigma Fortress requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Coach Vincenzo Russo told reporters at morning shootaround. “The Ohio King can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at The Sigma Fortress. Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper and Brooklyn Bomboclaats bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
