Association Pulse: Grimace and Hamburglar Combine for 45 Points as Boston Grimaces Surge in 2028-29 Regular Season
Inside the chemistry propelling Boston past Denver Smurf Cats (110-106) ahead of today’s association-wide schedule.
BOSTON — Chemistry in the Brainrot Basketball League is measured under fourth-quarter pressure, and the duo of Grimace and Hamburglar passed another major test in Boston Grimaces’ 110-106 victory over the Denver Smurf Cats. Combining for 45 points and 17 rebounds, the pair controlled the tempo on both ends of the court.
Even as Shailushai (Smurf Cat) poured in 27 points to keep Denver within striking distance entering the fourth quarter, Boston Grimaces executed crisp half-court sets to close out the win.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028-29 Regular Season slate (2029-03-04), attention shifts to Portland GigaChads visiting Ohio Sigmas at The Sigma Fortress (1:00 PM EST, BBL TV / TNT), where GigaChad and The Ohio King headline the marquee matchup.
"Playing alongside Grimace makes the game so much easier. We read each other’s cuts instinctively, and that showed in our fourth-quarter execution against Denver."
