Association Pulse: The Ohio King and Patrick Bateman Combine for 58 Points as Ohio Sigmas Surge in 2028-29 Regular Season
Inside the chemistry propelling Canton past Denver Smurf Cats (123-116) ahead of today’s association-wide schedule.
CANTON — Chemistry in the Brainrot Basketball League is measured under fourth-quarter pressure, and the duo of The Ohio King and Patrick Bateman passed another major test in Ohio Sigmas’ 123-116 victory over the Denver Smurf Cats. Combining for 58 points and 11 rebounds, the pair controlled the tempo on both ends of the court.
Even as Shailushai (Smurf Cat) poured in 26 points to keep Denver within striking distance entering the fourth quarter, Ohio Sigmas executed crisp half-court sets to close out the win.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028-29 Regular Season slate (2029-02-28), attention shifts to Brooklyn Bomboclaats visiting Texas Edgers at Lone Star Edge Pavilion (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN), where Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper and Duke Dennis headline the marquee matchup.
"Playing alongside The Ohio King makes the game so much easier. We read each other’s cuts instinctively, and that showed in our fourth-quarter execution against Denver."
