Inside the chemistry propelling Brooklyn past Miami Phantoms (111-103) ahead of today’s association-wide schedule.
BROOKLYN — Chemistry in the Brainrot Basketball League is measured under fourth-quarter pressure, and the duo of Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper and Giancarlo Stepback passed another major test in Brooklyn Bomboclaats’ 111-103 victory over the Miami Phantoms. Combining for 53 points and 7 rebounds, the pair controlled the tempo on both ends of the court.
Even as Baby Gronk poured in 24 points to keep Miami within striking distance entering the fourth quarter, Brooklyn Bomboclaats executed crisp half-court sets to close out the win.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028-29 Regular Season slate (2029-01-23), attention shifts to Boston Grimaces visiting Portland GigaChads at Moda Chiseled Center (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN), where Grimace and GigaChad headline the marquee matchup.
"Playing alongside Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper makes the game so much easier. We read each other’s cuts instinctively, and that showed in our fourth-quarter execution against Miami."
