BROOKLYN — The 2028-29 Regular Season schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Miami Phantoms travel to Flatbush Trench Garden to face the Brooklyn Bomboclaats (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / NBA TV). The head-to-head matchup pits Miami star Baby Gronk (21.2 PPG, 8.9 APG) against Brooklyn cornerstone Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper (25.8 PPG, 4.1 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Vegas V-Bucks defeated the Boston Grimaces 121-112 behind Fortnite Jonesy’s 31 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists.
“Playing at Flatbush Trench Garden requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Coach Livvy told reporters at morning shootaround. “Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at Flatbush Trench Garden. Baby Gronk and Miami Phantoms bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
