CANTON — The 2028-29 Regular Season schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Los Angeles Gyatts travel to The Sigma Fortress to face the Ohio Sigmas (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC). The head-to-head matchup pits Los Angeles star Hollywood Rizzler (25.1 PPG, 7.2 APG) against Canton cornerstone The Ohio King (24.1 PPG, 7.8 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Texas Edgers defeated the Boston Grimaces 112-98 behind Duke Dennis’s 33 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists.
“Playing at The Sigma Fortress requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” The Rizzmaster General told reporters at morning shootaround. “The Ohio King can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at The Sigma Fortress. Hollywood Rizzler and Los Angeles Gyatts bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
