Today’s 2028-29 Regular Season slate tips off at The AMP Dome (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN) following Handsome Squidward’s 33-point eruption against San Jose.
ATLANTA — The 2028-29 Regular Season schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Brooklyn Bomboclaats travel to The AMP Dome to face the Atlanta Rizzlers (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN). The head-to-head matchup pits Brooklyn star Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper (25.8 PPG, 7.9 APG) against Atlanta cornerstone Kai Cenat (28.4 PPG, 2.1 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Toronto Mewers defeated the Silicon Valley Disrupters 123-119 behind Handsome Squidward’s 33 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists.
“Playing at The AMP Dome requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Coach Vincenzo Russo told reporters at morning shootaround. “Kai Cenat can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at The AMP Dome. Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper and Brooklyn Bomboclaats bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
