Association Pulse: Duke Dennis and Longhorn Luke Combine for 53 Points as Texas Edgers Surge in 2028-29 Regular Season
Inside the chemistry propelling Austin past Miami Phantoms (123-117) ahead of today’s association-wide schedule.
AUSTIN — Chemistry in the Brainrot Basketball League is measured under fourth-quarter pressure, and the duo of Duke Dennis and Longhorn Luke passed another major test in Texas Edgers’ 123-117 victory over the Miami Phantoms. Combining for 53 points and 18 rebounds, the pair controlled the tempo on both ends of the court.
Even as Baby Gronk poured in 25 points to keep Miami within striking distance entering the fourth quarter, Texas Edgers executed crisp half-court sets to close out the win.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028-29 Regular Season slate (2028-12-18), attention shifts to Silicon Valley Disrupters visiting Portland GigaChads at Moda Chiseled Center (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / NBA TV), where Verity and GigaChad headline the marquee matchup.
"Playing alongside Duke Dennis makes the game so much easier. We read each other’s cuts instinctively, and that showed in our fourth-quarter execution against Miami."
