Today’s 2028-29 Regular Season slate tips off at Lone Star Edge Pavilion (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC) following GigaChad’s 29-point eruption against Denver.
AUSTIN — The 2028-29 Regular Season schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Atlanta Rizzlers travel to Lone Star Edge Pavilion to face the Texas Edgers (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC). The head-to-head matchup pits Atlanta star Kai Cenat (28.4 PPG, 11.2 APG) against Austin cornerstone Duke Dennis (26.2 PPG, 8.1 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Portland GigaChads defeated the Denver Smurf Cats 118-115 behind GigaChad’s 29 points, 13 rebounds, and 5 assists.
“Playing at Lone Star Edge Pavilion requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Coach Agent 00 told reporters at morning shootaround. “Duke Dennis can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at Lone Star Edge Pavilion. Kai Cenat and Atlanta Rizzlers bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
