Film Room: How Grimace’s 30-Point Masterclass Unlocked Boston Grimaces’ 120-112 Victory Over San Francisco
Breaking down the half-court spacing, pick-and-roll reads, and fourth-quarter execution from Boston Grimaces’ win over Golden State Sahurs.
BOSTON — Reviewing the tape from Boston Grimaces’ 120-112 triumph over the Golden State Sahurs reveals a clinic in modern offensive spacing. Operating out of high ball screens, Grimace recorded 30 points and 1 assists while utilizing his signature "Purple Swat & Paint Lockdown" to punish every defensive coverage San Francisco deployed.
Whenever Golden State Sahurs sent a second defender above the three-point line, Grimace calmly hit Hamburglar (22 PTS, 4 REB) in the short roll to create immediate four-on-three advantages. Even with Tung Tung Tung Sahur answering for San Francisco with 30 points, Boston Grimaces’ shot quality in the final six minutes proved decisive.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028-29 Regular Season slate (2028-10-21), attention shifts to Atlanta Rizzlers visiting Miami Phantoms at South Beach Void Arena (1:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC), where Kai Cenat and Baby Gronk headline the marquee matchup.
"Grimace read every tag defender on the floor tonight. Scoring 30 points with 1 assists against Golden State Sahurs is textbook point-of-attack execution."
