Association Pulse: Duke Dennis and Lone Star Lock Combine for 57 Points as Texas Edgers Surge in 2028-29 Preseason
Inside the chemistry propelling Austin past Silicon Valley Disrupters (123-114) ahead of today’s association-wide schedule.
AUSTIN — Chemistry in the Brainrot Basketball League is measured under fourth-quarter pressure, and the duo of Duke Dennis and Lone Star Lock passed another major test in Texas Edgers’ 123-114 victory over the Silicon Valley Disrupters. Combining for 57 points and 15 rebounds, the pair controlled the tempo on both ends of the court.
Even as Verity poured in 35 points to keep San Jose within striking distance entering the fourth quarter, Texas Edgers executed crisp half-court sets to close out the win.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028-29 Preseason slate (2028-09-25), attention shifts to Seattle Skibidis visiting Portland GigaChads at Moda Chiseled Center (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / TNT), where Skibidi Prime and GigaChad headline the marquee matchup.
"Playing alongside Duke Dennis makes the game so much easier. We read each other’s cuts instinctively, and that showed in our fourth-quarter execution against San Jose."
