Film Room: How Kai Cenat’s 36-Point Masterclass Unlocked Atlanta Rizzlers’ 117-98 Victory Over Boston
Breaking down the half-court spacing, pick-and-roll reads, and fourth-quarter execution from Atlanta Rizzlers’ win over Boston Grimaces.
ATLANTA — Reviewing the tape from Atlanta Rizzlers’ 117-98 triumph over the Boston Grimaces reveals a clinic in modern offensive spacing. Operating out of high ball screens, Kai Cenat recorded 36 points and 12 assists while utilizing his signature "4-Foot Low-Altitude Crossover & Tear Drop" to punish every defensive coverage Boston deployed.
Whenever Boston Grimaces sent a second defender above the three-point line, Kai Cenat calmly hit Ray Asian (24 PTS, 4 REB) in the short roll to create immediate four-on-three advantages. Even with Grimace answering for Boston with 22 points, Atlanta Rizzlers’ shot quality in the final six minutes proved decisive.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028 Global Series slate (2028-09-07), attention shifts to Brooklyn Bomboclaats visiting Toronto Mewers at The Jawline Pavilion (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN), where Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper and Handsome Squidward headline the marquee matchup.
"Kai Cenat read every tag defender on the floor tonight. Scoring 36 points with 12 assists against Boston Grimaces is textbook point-of-attack execution."
