Association Pulse: Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper and Joeyy Combine for 63 Points as Brooklyn Bomboclaats Surge in 2028 Global Series
Inside the chemistry propelling Brooklyn past Ohio Sigmas (122-120) ahead of today’s association-wide schedule.
BROOKLYN — Chemistry in the Brainrot Basketball League is measured under fourth-quarter pressure, and the duo of Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper and Joeyy passed another major test in Brooklyn Bomboclaats’ 122-120 victory over the Ohio Sigmas. Combining for 63 points and 9 rebounds, the pair controlled the tempo on both ends of the court.
Even as The Ohio King poured in 29 points to keep Canton within striking distance entering the fourth quarter, Brooklyn Bomboclaats executed crisp half-court sets to close out the win.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028 Global Series slate (2028-08-20), attention shifts to Vegas V-Bucks visiting Silicon Valley Disrupters at Disruption Pavilion at SAP (1:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC), where Fortnite Jonesy and Verity headline the marquee matchup.
"Playing alongside Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper makes the game so much easier. We read each other’s cuts instinctively, and that showed in our fourth-quarter execution against Canton."
