Today’s 2028 BBL Summer League slate tips off at The AMP Dome (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN) following Bomboclaat Pizzaiolo’s 35-point eruption against Seattle.
ATLANTA — The 2028 BBL Summer League schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Silicon Valley Disrupters travel to The AMP Dome to face the Atlanta Rizzlers (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN). The head-to-head matchup pits San Jose star Verity (29.1 PPG, 12.8 APG) against Atlanta cornerstone Kai Cenat (28.4 PPG, 2.1 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Bay Harbor Goobers defeated the Seattle Skibidis 114-112 behind Bomboclaat Pizzaiolo’s 35 points, 14 rebounds, and 3 assists.
“Playing at The AMP Dome requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Coach Arthur Sterling told reporters at morning shootaround. “Kai Cenat can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at The AMP Dome. Verity and Silicon Valley Disrupters bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
