Association Pulse: Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper and Dante Calzone Combine for 54 Points as Brooklyn Bomboclaats Surge in 2028 BBL Summer League
Inside the chemistry propelling Brooklyn past Silicon Valley Disrupters (125-102) ahead of today’s association-wide schedule.
BROOKLYN — Chemistry in the Brainrot Basketball League is measured under fourth-quarter pressure, and the duo of Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper and Dante Calzone passed another major test in Brooklyn Bomboclaats’ 125-102 victory over the Silicon Valley Disrupters. Combining for 54 points and 14 rebounds, the pair controlled the tempo on both ends of the court.
Even as Verity poured in 27 points to keep San Jose within striking distance entering the fourth quarter, Brooklyn Bomboclaats executed crisp half-court sets to close out the win.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028 BBL Summer League slate (2028-07-23), attention shifts to New York Taxers visiting Vegas V-Bucks at The Battle Bus Pavilion (1:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC), where Fanum and Fortnite Jonesy headline the marquee matchup.
"Playing alongside Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper makes the game so much easier. We read each other’s cuts instinctively, and that showed in our fourth-quarter execution against San Jose."
