Association Pulse: Grimace and Hamburglar Combine for 51 Points as Boston Grimaces Surge in 2028 BBL Summer League
Inside the chemistry propelling Boston past Texas Edgers (122-121) ahead of today’s association-wide schedule.
BOSTON — Chemistry in the Brainrot Basketball League is measured under fourth-quarter pressure, and the duo of Grimace and Hamburglar passed another major test in Boston Grimaces’ 122-121 victory over the Texas Edgers. Combining for 51 points and 19 rebounds, the pair controlled the tempo on both ends of the court.
Even as Duke Dennis poured in 38 points to keep Austin within striking distance entering the fourth quarter, Boston Grimaces executed crisp half-court sets to close out the win.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028 BBL Summer League slate (2028-07-19), attention shifts to Toronto Mewers visiting Portland GigaChads at Moda Chiseled Center (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC), where Handsome Squidward and GigaChad headline the marquee matchup.
"Playing alongside Grimace makes the game so much easier. We read each other’s cuts instinctively, and that showed in our fourth-quarter execution against Austin."
