Film Room: How Verity’s 34-Point Masterclass Unlocked Silicon Valley Disrupters’ 116-106 Victory Over Los Angeles
Breaking down the half-court spacing, pick-and-roll reads, and fourth-quarter execution from Silicon Valley Disrupters’ win over Los Angeles Gyatts.
SAN JOSE — Reviewing the tape from Silicon Valley Disrupters’ 116-106 triumph over the Los Angeles Gyatts reveals a clinic in modern offensive spacing. Operating out of high ball screens, Verity recorded 34 points and 13 assists while utilizing his signature "Spatial Algorithm Pull-Up Three" to punish every defensive coverage Los Angeles deployed.
Whenever Los Angeles Gyatts sent a second defender above the three-point line, Verity calmly hit Algorithmic Andre (19 PTS, 6 REB) in the short roll to create immediate four-on-three advantages. Even with Hollywood Rizzler answering for Los Angeles with 25 points, Silicon Valley Disrupters’ shot quality in the final six minutes proved decisive.
Looking ahead to today’s 2028 BBL Summer League slate (2028-07-09), attention shifts to Miami Phantoms visiting Bay Harbor Goobers at Goober Marina Colosseum (1:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN), where Baby Gronk and Bomboclaat Pizzaiolo headline the marquee matchup.
"Verity read every tag defender on the floor tonight. Scoring 34 points with 13 assists against Los Angeles Gyatts is textbook point-of-attack execution."
