PORTLAND — The 2028 Conference Finals schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Boston Grimaces travel to Moda Chiseled Center to face the Portland GigaChads (1:00 PM EST, BBL TV / TNT). The head-to-head matchup pits Boston star Grimace (19.8 PPG, 2.1 APG) against Portland cornerstone GigaChad (25.4 PPG, 12.8 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Bay Harbor Goobers defeated the Denver Smurf Cats 115-107 behind Bomboclaat Pizzaiolo’s 35 points, 17 rebounds, and 4 assists.
“Playing at Moda Chiseled Center requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Ronald McDonald-rot told reporters at morning shootaround. “GigaChad can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at Moda Chiseled Center. Grimace and Boston Grimaces bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
