LAS VEGAS — The 2028 BBL Playoffs schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Boston Grimaces travel to The Battle Bus Pavilion to face the Vegas V-Bucks (7:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass). The head-to-head matchup pits Boston star Grimace (19.8 PPG, 2.1 APG) against Las Vegas cornerstone Fortnite Jonesy (23.5 PPG, 6.8 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Silicon Valley Disrupters defeated the Golden State Sahurs 123-111 behind Verity’s 36 points, 7 rebounds, and 14 assists.
“Playing at The Battle Bus Pavilion requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Ronald McDonald-rot told reporters at morning shootaround. “Fortnite Jonesy can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at The Battle Bus Pavilion. Grimace and Boston Grimaces bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
