Film Room: How Fortnite Jonesy’s 30-Point Masterclass Unlocked Vegas V-Bucks’ 112-99 Victory Over Bay Harbor
Breaking down the half-court spacing, pick-and-roll reads, and fourth-quarter execution from Vegas V-Bucks’ win over Bay Harbor Goobers.
LAS VEGAS — Reviewing the tape from Vegas V-Bucks’ 112-99 triumph over the Bay Harbor Goobers reveals a clinic in modern offensive spacing. Operating out of high ball screens, Fortnite Jonesy recorded 30 points and 3 assists while utilizing his signature "Tilted Towers 90-Degree Fadeaway" to punish every defensive coverage Bay Harbor deployed.
Whenever Bay Harbor Goobers sent a second defender above the three-point line, Fortnite Jonesy calmly hit Peely the Slasher (25 PTS, 5 REB) in the short roll to create immediate four-on-three advantages. Even with Bomboclaat Pizzaiolo answering for Bay Harbor with 28 points, Vegas V-Bucks’ shot quality in the final six minutes proved decisive.
Looking ahead to today’s 2027-28 Regular Season slate (2028-04-04), attention shifts to Denver Smurf Cats visiting Miami Phantoms at South Beach Void Arena (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC), where Shailushai (Smurf Cat) and Baby Gronk headline the marquee matchup.
"Fortnite Jonesy read every tag defender on the floor tonight. Scoring 30 points with 3 assists against Bay Harbor Goobers is textbook point-of-attack execution."
