Today’s 2027-28 Regular Season slate tips off at The Purple Garden (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN) following GigaChad’s 26-point eruption against Bay Harbor.
BOSTON — The 2027-28 Regular Season schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Vegas V-Bucks travel to The Purple Garden to face the Boston Grimaces (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN). The head-to-head matchup pits Las Vegas star Fortnite Jonesy (23.5 PPG, 4.5 APG) against Boston cornerstone Grimace (19.8 PPG, 16.1 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Portland GigaChads defeated the Bay Harbor Goobers 112-109 behind GigaChad’s 26 points, 14 rebounds, and 6 assists.
“Playing at The Purple Garden requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Ninja-rot Bleevins told reporters at morning shootaround. “Grimace can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at The Purple Garden. Fortnite Jonesy and Vegas V-Bucks bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
