BAY HARBOR — The 2027-28 Regular Season schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the New York Taxers travel to Goober Marina Colosseum to face the Bay Harbor Goobers (1:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass). The head-to-head matchup pits New York star Fanum (22.4 PPG, 3.8 APG) against Bay Harbor cornerstone Bomboclaat Pizzaiolo (24.6 PPG, 15.2 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Golden State Sahurs defeated the Portland GigaChads 114-112 behind Tung Tung Tung Sahur’s 32 points, 8 rebounds, and 11 assists.
“Playing at Goober Marina Colosseum requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Coach Big Mike told reporters at morning shootaround. “Bomboclaat Pizzaiolo can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at Goober Marina Colosseum. Fanum and New York Taxers bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
