Today’s 2027-28 Preseason slate tips off at The Jawline Pavilion (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC) following Hollywood Rizzler’s 29-point eruption against Brooklyn.
TORONTO — The 2027-28 Preseason schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Silicon Valley Disrupters travel to The Jawline Pavilion to face the Toronto Mewers (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC). The head-to-head matchup pits San Jose star Verity (29.1 PPG, 12.8 APG) against Toronto cornerstone Handsome Squidward (24.8 PPG, 4.8 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Los Angeles Gyatts defeated the Brooklyn Bomboclaats 123-109 behind Hollywood Rizzler’s 29 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists.
“Playing at The Jawline Pavilion requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Coach Arthur Sterling told reporters at morning shootaround. “Handsome Squidward can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at The Jawline Pavilion. Verity and Silicon Valley Disrupters bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
