Today’s 2027-28 Preseason slate tips off at The Jawline Pavilion (1:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass) following Duke Dennis’s 33-point eruption against San Francisco.
TORONTO — The 2027-28 Preseason schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Boston Grimaces travel to The Jawline Pavilion to face the Toronto Mewers (1:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass). The head-to-head matchup pits Boston star Grimace (19.8 PPG, 2.1 APG) against Toronto cornerstone Handsome Squidward (24.8 PPG, 4.8 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Texas Edgers defeated the Golden State Sahurs 123-104 behind Duke Dennis’s 33 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists.
“Playing at The Jawline Pavilion requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Ronald McDonald-rot told reporters at morning shootaround. “Handsome Squidward can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at The Jawline Pavilion. Grimace and Boston Grimaces bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
