CANTON — Ahead of tip-off at The Sigma Fortress (1:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ESPN), performance staffs for both the Denver Smurf Cats and Ohio Sigmas released their official availability and rotation updates for today’s 2027 Global Series contest.
For Denver, primary playmaker Shailushai (Smurf Cat) (23.4 PPG, 14.2 APG) and Strawberry Elephant (17.5 PPG, 15.4 RPG) completed full morning shootaround and are cleared for their normal minute workloads. Across the hall, Ohio Sigmas star The Ohio King (24.1 PPG) will anchor the starting five for head coach Patrick Bateman-rot.
“Managing recovery across the 2027-28 calendar is critical,” Patrick Bateman-rot noted before tip-off. “Having our core group healthy and locked in for tonight’s matchup against Denver Smurf Cats gives us full tactical flexibility.”
"My body feels 100 percent and the training staff has us ready to roll. We’re excited for tip-off at The Sigma Fortress."
