Film Room: How Fortnite Jonesy’s 29-Point Masterclass Unlocked Vegas V-Bucks’ 118-108 Victory Over Atlanta
Breaking down the half-court spacing, pick-and-roll reads, and fourth-quarter execution from Vegas V-Bucks’ win over Atlanta Rizzlers.
LAS VEGAS — Reviewing the tape from Vegas V-Bucks’ 118-108 triumph over the Atlanta Rizzlers reveals a clinic in modern offensive spacing. Operating out of high ball screens, Fortnite Jonesy recorded 29 points and 6 assists while utilizing his signature "Tilted Towers 90-Degree Fadeaway" to punish every defensive coverage Atlanta deployed.
Whenever Atlanta Rizzlers sent a second defender above the three-point line, Fortnite Jonesy calmly hit Victory Royale Vic (27 PTS, 3 REB) in the short roll to create immediate four-on-three advantages. Even with Kai Cenat answering for Atlanta with 31 points, Vegas V-Bucks’ shot quality in the final six minutes proved decisive.
Looking ahead to today’s 2027 BBL Summer League slate (2027-08-04), attention shifts to Miami Phantoms visiting New York Taxers at The Feast Center at MSG (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / TNT), where Baby Gronk and Fanum headline the marquee matchup.
"Fortnite Jonesy read every tag defender on the floor tonight. Scoring 29 points with 6 assists against Atlanta Rizzlers is textbook point-of-attack execution."
