Association Pulse: Grimace and Hamburglar Combine for 48 Points as Boston Grimaces Surge in 2027 BBL Summer League
Inside the chemistry propelling Boston past New York Taxers (124-104) ahead of today’s association-wide schedule.
BOSTON — Chemistry in the Brainrot Basketball League is measured under fourth-quarter pressure, and the duo of Grimace and Hamburglar passed another major test in Boston Grimaces’ 124-104 victory over the New York Taxers. Combining for 48 points and 21 rebounds, the pair controlled the tempo on both ends of the court.
Even as Fanum poured in 25 points to keep New York within striking distance entering the fourth quarter, Boston Grimaces executed crisp half-court sets to close out the win.
Looking ahead to today’s 2027 BBL Summer League slate (2027-07-17), attention shifts to Vegas V-Bucks visiting Portland GigaChads at Moda Chiseled Center (1:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC), where Fortnite Jonesy and GigaChad headline the marquee matchup.
"Playing alongside Grimace makes the game so much easier. We read each other’s cuts instinctively, and that showed in our fourth-quarter execution against New York."
