LAS VEGAS — The 2027 BBL World Finals schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Los Angeles Gyatts travel to The Battle Bus Pavilion to face the Vegas V-Bucks (7:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass). The head-to-head matchup pits Los Angeles star Hollywood Rizzler (25.1 PPG, 7.2 APG) against Las Vegas cornerstone Fortnite Jonesy (23.5 PPG, 6.8 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Ohio Sigmas defeated the Silicon Valley Disrupters 120-119 behind The Ohio King’s 27 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists.
“Playing at The Battle Bus Pavilion requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” The Rizzmaster General told reporters at morning shootaround. “Fortnite Jonesy can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at The Battle Bus Pavilion. Hollywood Rizzler and Los Angeles Gyatts bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
