Today’s 2027 BBL Playoffs slate tips off at The Sigma Fortress (1:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass) following Verity’s 39-point eruption against Bay Harbor.
CANTON — The 2027 BBL Playoffs schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Miami Phantoms travel to The Sigma Fortress to face the Ohio Sigmas (1:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass). The head-to-head matchup pits Miami star Baby Gronk (21.2 PPG, 8.9 APG) against Canton cornerstone The Ohio King (24.1 PPG, 7.8 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Silicon Valley Disrupters defeated the Bay Harbor Goobers 125-112 behind Verity’s 39 points, 6 rebounds, and 14 assists.
“Playing at The Sigma Fortress requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Coach Livvy told reporters at morning shootaround. “The Ohio King can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at The Sigma Fortress. Baby Gronk and Miami Phantoms bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
