Film Room: How Tung Tung Tung Sahur’s 34-Point Masterclass Unlocked Golden State Sahurs’ 126-120 Victory Over Austin
Breaking down the half-court spacing, pick-and-roll reads, and fourth-quarter execution from Golden State Sahurs’ win over Texas Edgers.
SAN FRANCISCO — Reviewing the tape from Golden State Sahurs’ 126-120 triumph over the Texas Edgers reveals a clinic in modern offensive spacing. Operating out of high ball screens, Tung Tung Tung Sahur recorded 34 points and 11 assists while utilizing his signature "Sahur Conductor Behind-The-Back Laser & Logo Three" to punish every defensive coverage Austin deployed.
Whenever Texas Edgers sent a second defender above the three-point line, Tung Tung Tung Sahur calmly hit Tralalero Tralala (24 PTS, 3 REB) in the short roll to create immediate four-on-three advantages. Even with Duke Dennis answering for Austin with 33 points, Golden State Sahurs’ shot quality in the final six minutes proved decisive.
Looking ahead to today’s 2027 BBL Playoffs slate (2027-05-08), attention shifts to Bay Harbor Goobers visiting Silicon Valley Disrupters at Disruption Pavilion at SAP (1:00 PM EST, BBL TV / TNT), where Bomboclaat Pizzaiolo and Verity headline the marquee matchup.
"Tung Tung Tung Sahur read every tag defender on the floor tonight. Scoring 34 points with 11 assists against Texas Edgers is textbook point-of-attack execution."
