Today’s 2026-27 Regular Season slate tips off at Lone Star Edge Pavilion (7:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass) following Kai Cenat’s 36-point eruption against New York.
AUSTIN — The 2026-27 Regular Season schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Boston Grimaces travel to Lone Star Edge Pavilion to face the Texas Edgers (7:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass). The head-to-head matchup pits Boston star Grimace (19.8 PPG, 2.1 APG) against Austin cornerstone Duke Dennis (26.2 PPG, 8.1 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Atlanta Rizzlers defeated the New York Taxers 116-100 behind Kai Cenat’s 36 points, 2 rebounds, and 13 assists.
“Playing at Lone Star Edge Pavilion requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” Ronald McDonald-rot told reporters at morning shootaround. “Duke Dennis can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at Lone Star Edge Pavilion. Grimace and Boston Grimaces bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
