TORONTO — The 2026-27 Regular Season schedule rolls into a marquee showdown today as the Los Angeles Gyatts travel to The Jawline Pavilion to face the Toronto Mewers (7:00 PM EST, BBL TV / ABC). The head-to-head matchup pits Los Angeles star Hollywood Rizzler (25.1 PPG, 7.2 APG) against Toronto cornerstone Handsome Squidward (24.8 PPG, 4.8 RPG) in a battle with major conference implications.
Today’s slate follows an electric night of BBL action in which the Denver Smurf Cats defeated the New York Taxers 105-104 behind Shailushai (Smurf Cat)’s 27 points, 3 rebounds, and 14 assists.
“Playing at The Jawline Pavilion requires 48 minutes of defensive communication,” The Rizzmaster General told reporters at morning shootaround. “Handsome Squidward can take over a game in a three-minute stretch, so our transition defense and rebounding have to be airtight from the opening tip.”
"We love defending our home court at The Jawline Pavilion. Hollywood Rizzler and Los Angeles Gyatts bring elite firepower, and our locker room is ready for the challenge."
"Road games in this building always have a playoff atmosphere. We’re locked in on executing our gameplan for all four quarters."
