Film Room: How Grimace’s 26-Point Masterclass Unlocked Boston Grimaces’ 111-110 Victory Over Toronto
Breaking down the half-court spacing, pick-and-roll reads, and fourth-quarter execution from Boston Grimaces’ win over Toronto Mewers.
BOSTON — Reviewing the tape from Boston Grimaces’ 111-110 triumph over the Toronto Mewers reveals a clinic in modern offensive spacing. Operating out of high ball screens, Grimace recorded 26 points and 2 assists while utilizing his signature "Purple Swat & Paint Lockdown" to punish every defensive coverage Toronto deployed.
Whenever Toronto Mewers sent a second defender above the three-point line, Grimace calmly hit Mayor McCheese (19 PTS, 4 REB) in the short roll to create immediate four-on-three advantages. Even with Handsome Squidward answering for Toronto with 31 points, Boston Grimaces’ shot quality in the final six minutes proved decisive.
Looking ahead to today’s 2026-27 Regular Season slate (2026-10-28), attention shifts to Golden State Sahurs visiting Brooklyn Bomboclaats at Flatbush Trench Garden (7:00 PM EST, BBL League Pass), where Tung Tung Tung Sahur and Matteo the Hand Gesture Sniper headline the marquee matchup.
"Grimace read every tag defender on the floor tonight. Scoring 26 points with 2 assists against Toronto Mewers is textbook point-of-attack execution."
